Institutions enrolled in our DSpace Standard Service receive 50 GB of storage in a managed, segmented DSpace instance. Standard updates and other service changes occur on a pre-determined schedule. The standard service includes all server and application maintenance operations. To enroll in the DSpace Standard Service, the participating college's campus liaison should fill out and submit the online enrollment form.

Participating colleges also have the option of enrolling in the DSpace Customized Service, which provides 100 GB of storage in a managed instance of DSpace dedicated to the enrolled campus. The Customized Service also includes all server and application maintenance operations. The enrolled campus controls configuration and other aspects of the DSpace application. Campuses enrolled in the DSpace Customized Service also have access to consultation on custom coding through our DSpace Consulting Services. To enroll in the DSpace Customized Service, the participating college's campus liaison should fill out and submit the online enrollment form.

Any NITLE participating college may use our technical consultation services to address its DSpace-related issues, regardless of whether it is enrolled in NITLE's DSpace Services. Campuses can use these consulting services for projects involving the transfer of legacy data, research, and general problem-solving. Consultation on custom coding is available to Customized Service enrollees only.
