Todd Kelley is NITLE's Director of Strategy and Planning and Deputy Executive Director. He has over 30 years experience as an educator and administrator. His most recent assignment before joining NITLE was the Associate Provost for Information Technology Services and University Librarian at Sewanee: The University of the South. He holds a Doctoral degree from the University of Maryland in Management, Masters degrees from Columbia University and SUNY Stony Brook, and a Bachelor of Music Degree from SUNY Potsdam.

When Todd is not working with NITLE, he enjoys time with his wife Kim and two children, Cameron and Preston.
