December 12, 2007 | NITLE Presidential Update released

In 2007, NITLE has offered eighty-one professional development programs and a steadily growing suite of managed technology services to participating colleges. This recently released presidential update provides an overview of the programs, services, and networking opportunities that NITLE made available to participating colleges in 2007, and which participating colleges have used to drive collaborative activity. February 7, 2007 | NITLE participating colleges lead higher education in the digital age

In 2006, more than 100 undergraduate-focused colleges and universities joined NITLE, coming together as a community to advance liberal education in the digital age. November 30, 2006 | NITLE bids fond farewell to Amy McGill

Amy McGill, NITLE's Director of Project Support, will leave NITLE at the end of 2006 to take the position of Associate Vice President for Planning and Special Projects at the Monterey Institute of International Studies (Monterey, CA). Read full story.

August 2, 2006 | AMICAL member colleges to participate in NITLE

We are happy to announce that AMICAL (the American International Consortium of Academic Libraries), will be participating with NITLE as a Special International Affiliate. AMICAL's member institutions--in all, eighteen American-style, liberal arts colleges and universities located in Europe, North Africa, the Middle East, and West Asia--will participate in NITLE professional development opportunities and communities of practice as appropriate to their institutional interests. NITLE will also work with AMICAL to offer a pre- or post- conference workshop at AMICAL’s 2007 conference. Read full story.
